Fellowship in this category is granted to doctors that have demonstrated excellence and committment to patient care regardless of the practice setting. A doctor that has advocated for the patient in all aspects of care, and who know and employ medical process and best practices in giving individual attention to everyone in their care. Excellence embodies exemplary medical care in the experience between patients and physicians.

Excellence in Teaching - Medical Education
To recognize excellence in teaching by educators that have advanced the standards of medical education, training and practice.
Fellowship in this category is granted to physician educators that have made notable contributions to their profession. Educators in teaching must be widely recognized and respected, and have provided inspiration to other physicians.
OBJECT TREE
Excellence in Scientific Research - Medical Research
To advance the scientific research of medical to enable future discoveries which will enable better understanding and medical practices.
Fellowship in this category is granted to physician researchers who have made notable contributions through their work in scientific research, literature or writing, and have had a lasting impact, been widely recognized, and provided inspiration to others in the field and the profession. Research areas may include global pandemics, natural disasters, the opioid epidemic, and other infectious diseases.

Excellence in Public Service, Government, Industry or Organization - Medical Leadership
To recognize medical leadership in the community.
Fellowship in this category is granted to physicians who have made notable contributions in public service, government, education or industry. Leadership includes delivering overall exceptional quality of patient care, patient and staff satisfaction, administration, and organizational outcomes.
